Submission Overview
The abstract requires a title, entry of all abstract authors and completion of the following three sections - Abstract Category, Authors, and Abstract. Your abstract will not save until the process is complete. Once you have submitted your abstract, you will receive an email link to submit the financial disclosure form. If an abstract is selected for oral presentation ALL ABSTRACT AUTHORS must complete the disclosure form. Please consider completing the disclosure now and asking your fellow authors to complete the form as well. Non-commercial product names must be used where ever possible. All off-label or non-FDA approved uses must also be disclosed. Failure to comply with the abstract submission requirements may result in automatic withdrawal of the abstract for consideration by the program committee.
The opportunity to submit abstracts will remain open until 12pmET on May 9, 2025.

INSTRUCTIONS The title must be no more than 100 characters, inclusive of spaces. Format abstract in the following sections:
1. Background (max 250 characters)
2. Methods (optional, omit for case reports) (max 600 characters)
3. Results / Case presentation (max 2000 characters)
4. Conclusion (max 250 characters)
For the abstract text, the character limit is 2,500 characters , inclusive of spaces (Background + Methods + Results + Conclusion + Figure/Table Legend). This limit is exclusive of title.You may include one Table OR one Figure; this 'counts' as 300 characters (i.e., overall character limit will be 2,200). As above, in addition to the 300 characters for the Figure/Table, the Figure or Table Legend also counts additionally towards the character limit. Do not repeat the title in the abstract text.Do not include any information that may allow the reader to identify any of the investigators or institutional affiliations.Do not include any footnotes or references.

Please upload one file, either a figure or a table. For either, upload a PDF or image file of adequate size and quality.
Use Arial font for any text in figures or tables.
You may include numbers or text labels or statistics within the figures as appropriate.
Do not include the title or legend in the image file. Descriptions and abbreviations should be included in the legend.
There is no font size limitation, but all text and markings must be legible when printed with the largest axis having a maximum dimension of 5 inches.
For example, if a figure is proportioned at a ratio of 2:1, all aspects of the figure must be legible at a size of 5" x 2.5".
